Leadership Training
The Lord is showing us that there is a need to conduct more frequent but shorter CBMC Trusted Advisor Forum Facilitator Webinar Trainings. This initiative will serve our men best while providing CBMC National a strategically flexible response in support of accelerated demand for new city startups. Over 250 CBMC leaders have enjoyed attending and deploying this training to equip CBMC towards Vision 2030.

We have videotaped a typical TAF live meeting so attendees can still enjoy a face to face training experience. Newly trained Facilitators will be equipped to lead God glorifying Trusted Advisor Forum meetings to carry the gospel into the marketplace.
Once completed, you are invited to quarterly National TAF Facilitator Zoom support webinars and hooked into the 300+ other National TAF Facilitator network.
TAF Facilitator Training Process

- Review the WHY Facilitate and Position Description
- If called to facilitate and a CBMC referral sponsor endorses:
- Decide on a training date listed above.
- Facilitator training is a focused three-hour session via Zoom.
- Submit your application at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE your desired training date. Please note this is a firm deadline. Apply Here
- The application process includes submitting your testimony and a signed NDA.
- Once approved, attend the Zoom training with others across the country.
Important note:
- Participation in this training is an eternal investment, and your commitment to giving 100% of your attention without distraction is essential.
- Your full participation is required to obtain TAF facilitator status.
